Robe Show Lighting has appointed Colossal Rendezvénytechnikai Szolgáltató Kft from Budapest as its new exclusive distributor for Hungary.

Colossal Kft. has been involved in the event technology market since 1994, and has serviced thousands of different shows, tours and events. The company has become a market leader in this time and is associated with the very best professional equipment, and outstanding levels of service.

They have 160 square metres of warehouse space and Colossal also own several trucks. Six people work in the office plus a full time technical crew of 10.

In January 2005, the owners wanted to extend their portfolio, and it was decided that the company should engage in sales as well as providing production services.

With deals already looming with the Italian Peeckersound, and Austria’s Tüchler, plus being re-distributors of several domestic products, Colossal realised that getting a high quality, competitively priced moving light brand onboard was a priority.

In April 2005 Colossal saw Robe at the Pro Light and Sound show in Frankfurt ... after which the ball started rolling. Robe products fitted Colossal perfectly in both quality and appearance, and they wanted Robe as a key platform in their company’s distribution and marketing.

Colossal are confident they’ve made the right choice, and are taking distribution to a much higher level to maximize and meet Robe’s objectives and expectations in this important central European territory.

For more press information on ROBE please contact marketing department on +420 571 751 506, e-mail: marketing@robe.cz.
