Robe Show Lighting enjoyed its busiest ever Pro Light & Sound Show at Frankfurt Music Messe this year. There was a constant stream of very high quality visitors to the stylish booth, which was designed by Nathan Wan from the Robe UK office, and was once again a talking point of the show.

Robe highlighted all its new and established products. Much attention was paid for the new 2000 series - powerful moving heads that utilise the Phillips MSR Gold 1200 Fast Fit lamp - and also to the ColorWash 575AT Zoom, which features an incredibly smooth linear 8 to 50° Zoom.

The latest Robe LED products – LEDBlinders and LEDWash fixtures – the DigitalSpot 5000 DT and the MediaSpinner 50AT also proved very popular. The MediaSpinner 50AT was demonstrated with rotating plasma screens.

The Anolis brand of architectural and feature lighting products also received plenty of interest - it is fast becoming specified by a whole new genre of lighting designers. Several new Anolis fixtures were revealed, indicating that Robe expects this to be a big growth area throughout 2006.

Over the course of the 4 day show, Robe made contact with most of its customers, distributors and business partners, plus a whole new layer of potential clients and users.

Naturally the show didn’t stop when the doors of the Music Messe closed each night. Business and fun continued well into the night at various locations around town as Robe shared its renowned hospitality with friends and colleagues.

Frankfurt is always good, but this year it was exceptional! We met lots of serious potential clients and caught up with all those we expected to see there from across Europe and further afield. In fact, I think this was one of our best trade shows ever to date!
