See Factor, one of New York’s foremost and best known lighting production companies, has added 26 new Robe ColorSpots 1200 ATs to its inventory – bringing their current total of these fixtures to 48.

See Factor’s first experience with Robe’s high powered ColorSpot 1200 AT fixtures was on the Deep Purple "Bananas" tour in late 2003, when they were road tested by See Factor and LD Louis Ball. “The Robe’s performed superbly and totally reliably on that tour,” states See Factor’s operations manager, Elliot Krowe.

When the 2004 tour came up, Ball, after his thoroughly positive experience on the 2003, tour specified Robe ColorSpot 1200s. At this point, See Factor’s president and founder, Bob See, decided to purchase 22 units for the DP tour and for future production work.

Once again the Robe’s worked perfectly on the Deep Purple tour,

“And that’s exactly what I like – no headaches

” says Krowe. Bob See added, “The performance of these lights was outstanding, the crew were also extremely happy with them... So we wanted more!” after which, an order was placed for the additional 26 units.

Robe America president, Michael Carattini, states, “

We expect to have a long and successful relationship with See Factor. As a leading and well-respected US production company, their work will further enhance the reputation of Robe’s products, proving once again Robe’s ability to withstand the rigours of concert touring and the most demanding event productions”. “Next,” declares See, “is the Robe ColorWash 1200. We’re looking forward to adding them to our stock.

See Factor has a long history of success in supplying cutting-edge lighting systems and technology to top concert tours and events, both in the US and internationally. Credits include Linda Ronstadt, Bob Dylan, Ani Difranco, Deep Purple, Neil Diamond, and Aerosmith. Their TV/film production work includes lighting "Sex and the City", "Hope & Faith", "The Interpreter", "Forgotten", and "Stepford Wives" plus thousands of special events - from fashion shows to political conventions.
